Vapor Phase Noise Enclosure – Acoustiblok Inc. was recently contacted to resolve a high frequency noise issue with a Vapor Phase Adsorption System. After speaking with a noise abatement specialist, they came up with a solution wherein AcoustiFence^® was used to enclose the area in a parking garage where the adsorption system was located. Once they finished the installation the noise level inside the enclosure was 85dBA while it was 61dBA outside the enclosure a mere 8″ away. That is over an 80% reduction in the perceived sound.
