Indoor versions of the Acoustifence Absorptive Core panel (AF-AC) have a rating of STC35 with an NRC of 1.04

Outdoor versions of the Acoustifence Absorptive Core panel (AF-AC) have a rating of STC32 with an NRC of 1.00

Both have a tensile strength of over 1,974 pounds per square inch.

Soft Industrial Panels

Indoor AF-AC and outdoor AF-AC panels are specialized solutions that are ideal for any sound or noise problem. These patent pending panels are modular, 4′ x 6′, 2.25″ thick, semi-ridged panels, and you can easily install them in a vertical or horizontal orientation. All leading edges have installation grommets, which allow you to overlap and secure them together, to give you the height or length you need for your barrier solution.

AF-AC panels will not suffer from deterioration, mold, mildew or moisture exposure, unlike the padded blankets, foams and other materials currently out there. All the layers of this panel are UV tolerant and designed for sustainability without compromising acoustical performance.

Panel Details

We design, engineer and manufacture our AF-AC panels in our facility in Tampa, Fl.  All components of our panels are manufactured in the USA. Black is the standard color for these panels.  We can supply different colors and even patterns with extended lead times and a premium price.

AF-AC panels have an NRC 1.0 – 1.04.  They also block 32-35 dBa of sound transmission through the panel.  All of this in a panel that can be strapped to a chain-link fence, metal frame assembly or stage rigging.
