Noise Reduction Blower Enclosure – Acoustiblok Inc. was contacted about a noise issue with an industrial blower. After speaking with one of our noise abatement specialists they came up with a solution. Acoustiblok All Weather Sound Panels were used to create a 3 sided, sound absorbing barrier around the blower. They were easily installed and allowed access for blower maintenance.

Per the customer: “Decibel levels went from 92 to 74 at the property line, which is about 80-90 feet away. Absorption on the adjacent wall would probably further aid in decreasing the noise but we are very happy with the current levels.”

An 18dB reduction is over a 71% reduction in perceived sound!
