Crown Hive Data Center
Acoustiblok was contacted by the Crown Hive Data Center, seeking a solution to a problem with noise from their HVAC and computer systems, which were bothering their neighbors and causing complaints.
Data center noise problems arise from the operation of numerous servers, HVAC systems, and other equipment, which cause significant noise pollution, and impact the surrounding community.
A large steel substructure was built on location and our Acoustifence noise reducing fencing was attached to this substructure, creating a sound barrier wall between the data center and their neighbors.
Concrete footers, going down 8 feet, were poured to provide the base for the support structure.
