Golden State Water Pump Noise Barrier

Water Pump Noise Barrier – Acoustiblok was contacted by a water company representative for help controlling the noise from a bank of water pump boosters that was crossing their property line and annoying neighbors.  After consulting with one of our noise abatement specialists they decided to deploy Acoustifence.  Chain link fencing was installed on the existing concrete pad and then Acoustifence was attached to the fence.

The client advised us when the installation was complete, stating that it went smoothly and that the barrier works great.

The client returned to the location to shoot the video seen below and noted that: “You can definitely hear the difference as you approach the side of the booster’s barrier.  When I got out of the car I didn’t think any of the boosters were running and thought I was going to have to come back to the plant.”
