Commercial Air Compressor Enclosure – Acoustiblok Inc. was contacted to resolve a noise issue with a commercial air compressor. After speaking with one of our noise abatement specialists, they were able to develop a solution for their problem.

They decided to construct a metal stud enclosure, adding Acoustiblok to the wall and ceiling assemblies, as well as to the door of the room. (as seen in the attached photos)

The customer said “When the door is closed there is at least a 95% sound reduction; you can have a conversation near the door when closed and can hardly hear a thing when it is open.”
