Air Handler Noise Reduction – Acoustiblok Inc. was contacted by a homeowner seeking a resolution to a noise issue with a self contained air handler. After speaking with one of our noise abatement specialists they were able to develop a solution.

All Weather Sound Panels were used to create a custom enclosure around the unit and QuietFiber was also used inside the enclosure, on the exterior wall of the home, to provide full absorption inside.

After installation the contractor stated: “You cannot hear the unit unless you are standing by the bent openings and the neighbors cannot hear the air unit at all.”
